Travel Waist Pack

Author: Lynn Porter

Convenient travel waist packs are ideal for day excursions or extended vacations. While the small size appears deceptive, its roomy innermost section contains generous space for necessaries and outer zippered pockets will hold desirables. As an extra enhancement, the majority have a water bottle, which helps to stay hydrated while traveling.

Travel waist packs alleviate shoulder and neck pain commonly associated with a shoulder bag or backpack. Some have a padded back panel for enhanced ease of wearing. According to personal choice, waist packs either attach to the belt or have an adjustable strap, which extends to 40-50" and ensures a comfortable fit for most waist sizes.

There are multiple selections of travel waist packs on the Internet, which allows the consumer to browse from the comfort of home. Modern on-line shopping is safe, simple and convenient. Before settling on a purchase, ensure the vendor is customer service focused. Internet merchants offer competitive pricing for top-of-the-line merchandise.

The waist pack is the new  fanny pack.  Modern improved versions are obtainable in durable materials that extend the lifetime of the accessory bag, such as 100% cotton canvas, polyester, Cordura nylon and leather.

If a waterproofed travel waist pack is desirable, opt for Cordura nylon. Waterproof waist packs are a first-rate choice for fishing, a day at the beach or water sports. The pockets are equipped with water proof zippers that ensure the security for valuables.

A waist bag especially designed for hunters is constructed with a blood-proof lining and mesh sides to keep game cool.

The small travel waist pack is hands-free with a large carrying capacity to permit peace of mind for short or long trips. People always have things that they need to keep close, which won't fit in pockets.

Women can comfortably dispense with their purse when wearing this sleek, stylish accessory. In fact, waist packs are currently in vogue for women. In addition to wearing them for travel, they are quite practical for everyday life. Once women experience the joy of shopping, walking and traveling without a heavy purse on their shoulders, they likely become believers.

Even macho-men won't feel funny wearing a waist pack once they realize the convenience of having all their needs contained in a safe place. For short trips, cash, credit cards, cell phone, glasses case, camera, medicines, keys, snacks, water bottle and other items will all find a home in either the spacious main compartment or one of the zippered pockets.

When traveling outside the country, the travel waist pack allows one to secure valuable documents such as traveler's checks, passports and identification in one easily accessible spot. Unlike a purse where straps can easily be sliced, the close-fitting waist pack lessens the probability of potential theft.

With our nation's focus on health, more people are riding bikes, jogging and going for extended walks. Sturdy and comfortable waist packs are perfect for keeping hands free during these events. During nighttime excursions, the pack with 3M Scotchguard reflective tape provides high visibility for safety and protection.

Some people enjoy listening to music while getting healthy! In addition to personal items and enclosed water bottle, there is still room for an MP3 player or IPod.

The convenience and comfort ofthe travel waist pack contributes greatly to our grab-and-go society.

Waist Your Breath - Breathing for a Thinner Waist

Author: The_Trainer

The crunch exercise is the backbone of abdominal training. It develops the muscles of the abs to help you build that much-desired six-pack. But did you know that there is a way to do crunches that can actually decrease the size of your waist?

The key to this technique is the top position of the crunch where your abdominals are contracted as hard as they are able to.

When you're in this top position, I want you to breathe in and out slowly a few times. Try to relax every other muscle except the abs. This breathing in and out will intensify the contraction (as you will find out very rapidly).

Here's how it works:

The muscles of the abdomen are arranged in layers around your midsection, similar in concept to the rings in a tree. While you are contracting the rectus abdominus (the top-most front layer of your abs, also known as your six-pack) continuously, the deeper abdominal muscle fibers are relaxing and contracting each time you breathe.

Each time the deep fibers relax, your rectus abdominus (because it is contracting so hard) will squeeze them in a little more, making your waist-area a little smaller and tighter.

The reason this works to decrease the size of your waist is simple. Usually, most people's abdominal muscles just kind of sit there. They don't stay tight, therefore your midsection tends to slouch forward and outward.

This technique teaches your abdominals to maintain a degree of tightness and tone in them even when you are relaxed. This keeps your abs in, leading to a visually smaller waist.

CamelBak Hydration Pack : Innovation for More Outdoor Enjoyment

Author: machima

Being one with nature is one of the most pleasurable activities for a multitude of the world's population. These activities, alas, are also activenesses where one is most exhibited to harmful chemical elements and experimental conditions. Heat energy, atmospheric condition changes, want of potable body of water, and inaccessibility of medical installations are just some of the genes that set dangers to those locking in out of door activenesses. But, these genes need not terminate anyone who enjoys such activenesses. There are sets of ways to keep dangers brought about by these factors treed. Yes, out of door activenesses could be as pleasurable as ever given the right cooking and the right instruments and equipment. Placing in a CamelBak hydration pack, for one, could already stave off the impressions of these genes.

Hydration camps such as the CamelBak hydration inner circle are heavy duty water reservoirs that are designed to be worn as knapsacks or waist packs. There are hydration coteries for every type of activeness. Little waist packs that transport about 28 apothecaries' ounces to about 45 apothecaries' ounces of water can be used for short length activenesses. Joggers would be knowing select such hydration coteries as they do not press much and do not close up their movement. Bigger cliques that could maintain as very much like 100 snow leopards of water are best for long wage hikes or camping out missteps. These hydration coteries are made of long lasting and puncture resistant material. They are, in point of fact, considered to be one of the toughest body of water ingroups today. Even military activities have determined perfect use for these hydration camps due to their power to resist even the roughest of experimental conditions.

Despite the heavy duty structure, these hydration ingroups do not miss in the country of comfort. They are particularly designed with cushioned backs to allow melodic phrase to circle between the clique and the back. This way, exertion that comes off the body vaporises rather than keeps the back piece of the wearable and the ingroup soften throughout the activeness to cause more soreness. Adjustable straps and engage harnesses also help keep the hydration pack in situ so that it sits comfortably on the users back. Such mechanisms not only see comfortableness but also keep back traumas that could be caused by improper diluting. The altering transporting capacities of these hydration packs allow users to select a size that best jibes their body of water needs during outdoor activities and their body's capacity to transport the load.

What makes the CamelBak hydration pack playfulness to use is its hands-free sting valve excogitation. It is not any longer necessary to cease to untangle a water bottle from the inner circle, uncap the bottle, take a gulp, cap the bottle, so laid it firmly back in the coterie. This is usually the reason why trampers or rockers "forget" or pause to hold on to rehydrate. In most cases, to maintain time, tramps or rockers hold back for feelings of thirstiness or tiredness before holding on to rehydrate. In these cases, drying up has already bulged out to creep in. With hydration coteries, there is no more need to cease and waste cute prison term to rehydrate. All that is needed is to place the chomp valve into the mouth, collation into it, and swallow. Now, that leaves more time to enjoy any outdoor activeness.

How To Get 6 Pack Abs In No Time!

Author: tyler

Below are some of the testimonials from some of the readers from around the world. I thank all of you for being thoughtful and taking the time to write to me about your successes that you've had with my Truth about Six Pack Abs program and for allowing me to share your thoughts with the world about how you enjoyed this program.

Leith Carnie from Australia

"...I was running regularly and working out sometimes, but I was still getting fatter... Everything changed when I started your truth about abs program..."

Leith's changes from using TruthAboutAbs at 7 months and 11 months

Hi,

I had been talking about this program for MONTHS, saying "I'll get it next pay...next pay...next pay..." Finally a friend of mine got sick of my procrastination and just bought it for me as a gift.

I began the program on the 5th of February (about a month after my Dec 25th pic). Its now 18th July and Im still going strong. So I thought I would send in my results so far.

The Program is FREAKIN BRILLIANT!!!

Before I started your program, I was running regularly and working out sometimes, but I was still getting fatter.... and fatter. I didn't really notice it until my friend took a photo of me at the beach. I was horrified!!!! I knew I had to do something about it, but I couldn't move the fat.

Everything changed when I started your truth about abs program. In the 6 months I've been on the program, I've lost 25.4 kg and gone from 30% body fat down to 11% body fat.

THANK YOU MIKE!!!!!!!
I have been sending friends photos of my progress and then the link to your site.

Leith Carnie, Australia

(Update on Leith's results: as seen in his 3rd pic above, Leith has dropped even more body fat in the last 4 months, and even has six pack abs now. This just shows the changes you can make in your body if you apply the info in TruthAboutAbs. Great job Leith!)

Stephanie Hurst from Tulia, Texas

Stephanie before using Truth About Abs Stephanie after getting great results

Mike,

I attached a couple photos to show you how far I've come since starting your program.....it was quite shocking to see what I looked like just last year!! I had forgotten how overweight I was, and looking at these before and after pics again almost made me cry...but tears of joy this time, as I'm so thankful for how much progress I've made.

Not only do I feel so healthy and vibrant, but I feel that I look younger now too! Its wonderful! I went from a size 14 to a 5. Weight wise I was around 190 lbs when I started and now I am 120 lbs. I’m so passionate about your book and style of nutrition...it's absolutely amazing...I don’t crave unhealthy stuff anymore...I have eliminated an insane sweet tooth.

I happened upon your book about 9 months ago. Once I downloaded and printed your ebook, I read it once, and then again. There is so much information in there that expands beyond just working out and abs. The nutritional information was fascinating, and I believe that was what helped me get to where I am today. The workouts are also so challenging, and talk about breaking a sweat! I love it.

I have SO MANY people ask me what diet I was doing to lose all that weight. They just don't understand that I'm not on a diet... It’s been a total lifestyle change. I would recommend your book to anyone! I feel exceptional, and I am in the best shape of my life!

I hope that my testimonial will help you out, as well as other people that have struggled to get in shape. Thank you so much!!

Stephanie Hurst
Tulia, Texas

"...When I started I was 190 lbs, waist 35 inches, bench was 165lbs. I'm now 175 lbs, with a waist of 33 inches, and benching 225lbs..."

Mike,

I have been following your workout plans from your book for past couple months. I wanted you to know that I have seen great results. When I started I was 190 lbs, waist 35 inches, bench was 165lbs.

I'm now 175 lbs, with a waist of 33 inches, and benching 225lbs. Your full body workouts are some of the best I've ever used. I'm also making much better food choices now based on your advice and staying away from the junk I used to have trouble with. Thanks for everything.

John P. Hembree, Sergeant, US Military

"...I am down now to between 7-8% body fat (according to my Tanita scale), have lost a total of 3-4 inches in the waist..."

John before using TruthAboutAbs John in recent pic (great job John!)

Hello Mike,
Thanks for your ebook Truth About Abs. I used it in the first 5 months or so this year and had great results! I attached pictures for you to see the progress I've made so far.

Anyway, I am down now to between 7-8% body fat (according to my Tanita scale), have lost a total of 3-4 inches in the waist, lost a total of about 24 lbs, and got my 6 pack abs! I do have a lot of people ask me about weight loss supplements, but I have started telling people to forget it and get your book instead. Thanks,

John Howlett
President, Healthy-Sunshine, Inc.

"...I looked like "barrel boy" with no definition and a bonafide gut last year. I'm down from 24% bodyfat to 7.4% bodyfat currently! ..."

Greg's results from last year to this year

Mike, I don't know if you actually monitor this email address, so if an assistant does, please forward this to Mike.

I owe you a lot of thanks Mike. Your program grabbed my attention last year when I was at an all-time (lifetime even) self esteem and physique low.

I've been on your program for almost exactly one year now and as you can see from my pics, I've completely changed my life. I didn't do any of those typical holding the newspaper pics, but I did luckily save a couple pics for you.

These pics are from last year to this year. I just want you to know and see what you've done for me. Anyway, I looked like "barrel boy" with no definition and a bonafide gut last year.

I'm down from 24% bodyfat to 7.4% bodyfat currently!

I'm so glad I found your program. I'm extremely proud of myself and extremely grateful to you. This is going to sound cliche, but I've become the go-to guy around the office for fitness questions and I've inspired (not by talk but by action and lifestyle) people around me to quit being so damned disrespectful to their bodies.

This has been a total body (and mindset) transformation -- and I haven't even set foot in a gym. All done at home, with just some of the simple basics you recommended and my own motivation, intensity and dedication -- and with NO slow cardio at all.

Lazy no more, and now lean for life,

-Greg S.

"...I did start applying your diet and food recommendations, and even with just that, I've already lost 6 lbs (10 lbs to go)..."

Dear Mike,

I thoroughly read your e-book a few weeks ago but have been too busy lately to get myself to the gym. However, I did start applying your diet and food recommendations, and even with just that, I've already lost 6 lbs (10 lbs to go). I finally got to the gym this morning and printed out your e-book to bring with me.

I did some of the workout examples you specified like the one arm snatches, dumbbell swings, staggered lunges and all the ab exercises (from level 3).

Man, that was one of the best and most intense workouts I have had in ages! I did not waste hours jogging or doing all that other stuff I used to do (which by the way never got me anywhere). I am so excited to go back to the gym and have your book with me as a personal trainer's guide.

Thank you so much!

Laura Kawasmi, Brownsville, TX

"...I like the variety and the shorter workouts, as apposed to the long boring workouts and repetitive isolating exercises I used to do..."

Hi Mike. I have just recently started your program and i LOVE it so much. I just wanted to tell you how fantastic I think your approach and lay out to losing stomach fat is. I'm already feeling the effects of your workouts. My body feels firmer and fitter and I look forward to the sweat.

Truth be told I was BORED TO TEARS with our usual routine at the gym. Not to mention it wasn't really getting my stomach flat!! I love your approach cause it explains everything, and I am a person that needs to know the reasons for why I am doing what I am doing! I like the variety and the shorter workouts, as apposed to the long boring workouts and repetitive isolating exercises I used to do.

Following your program I am certainly getting the heart pumping and the sweat is flowing like I've never felt before. It feels great. Thanks, and I will keep you posted!

Michelle Smith, Ontario, Canada

"...I am well on my way to being in the best shape of my life at 39 years of age..."

Mike,

I have been on your program for the last three or four weeks. All I can say is WOW! I have been body building for well over 20 years and I can honestly say that you have allowed me to break out of what I call the classical mess of weight lifting.

I have made some great gains and I am well on my way to being in the best shape of my life at 39 years of age. I get a kick out of the Guys at the gym when they see me perform some of your exercises. They often come up and ask what I am doing.

I just tell them, as I struggle to regain my breath, "I'm just mixing it up a bit" and then watch them as they go back and waste their time with bicep curls for the next half hour.

Now I'm trying to get my wife onboard using your program as well. Thank you so much for doing what you do and keep the emails coming. This is the best $39 I have ever spent. Thanks,

Luis Acevedo, Dallas, Texas

Maxpedition Sitka Review - Best of The Gearslinger Series?

Author: David Slovenecf

The Maxpedition Sitka is one of many heavy duty use bags in the Gearslinger line up. If you have not tried or handled Maxpedition gear it is some seriously tactical gear and it will last you a very long time. This company does it right, as soon as you get your hands on one of their packs you know that it is meant to be used and abused.

The Maxpedition Sitka is my personal top choice in the gearslinger series out of the 7 different types of bags. Every survivalist will say that gear is only as good as its intended use and function. That statement is what the gearslinger series is all about. Each bag is built with a specific capacity and function in mind. The Sitka just so happens to fit my needs the best.

In a family of 7 different bags the Sitka gearslinger has a capacity and size that weighs in at the middle mark. The smallest of the line is the Remora which is intended as  small tactical CCW bag that allows you to carry and conceal a few other necessities besides your weapon. It has about 225 CU in of space.  Awesome bag for the function.

On the flip side you have the Maxpedition Monsoon which can carry massive 1600 CU In. of gear much like a regular to large sized backpack.

The Maxpedition Sitka falls in the middle, big enough to take on a day hike or around the city and small enough to still move quickly and access all of the compartments with ease. At 618 cu.in. it is the perfect size to fit all of the necessities in one spot. The use of heavy duty elastic organizers, internal pockets, dividers and sleeves help to organize all of your stuff with minimal effort. The great thing about this bag is no matter how full or empty it is, all of stuff can find a secure place so that it doesn't move an inch when you do.

5 Secret Truths To Workouts For Abs

Author: Joseph Chamblee

Are you just about ready to give up all hope for obtaining the perfect stomach, whether its a flat stomach, or those ripped abdominals? Have you spend countless time performing dumb exercises that show zero results?

Many people lose that last glimpse of hope because they let their obsession for the perfect "six pack" or "perfect stomach" ruin any chance of realizing, REAL, Ripped abdominal muscles.

Many people know the simple fact that the ABS are actually more than just one muscle. However many people don't know how to work each one of those abdominal muscle individually to obtain that perfect stomach.

Some Ab Research For Better Understanding:

The abdominal muscle group or the "abs" is made up of the oblique muscles (the waist), the abdominus rectus (six pack area) and the hidden transverse abdominus (that hidden group of ab muscles that are tough to work out).

The rectus abdominus is the muscle most sought after by men because it forms the notorious six-pack.

The rectus abdominus attaches the pelvis to both the sternum and the ribs, which gives you that tugging feeling in your mid-section when you exercise this muscle group.

Next, we have the transverse abdominus, which is almost invisible to most people. The reason this muscle group is tough to be seen is because it is buried beneath the rectus is the transverse abdominus, rects abdominus.

This muscle is what can flatten your midsection.

The last muscle group we have as the obliques. Now, these are what most people refer to as the "abs around your waist." The reason these are referred to as the waist muscles are because they form a continual wrap around your torso area and are known as side abs.

This muscle is so vital and important because it wraps around your waist and encloses your bony structures and internal organs in a protective support. For this reason of support, the obliques are a muscle that should be exercises and worked on the most.

Though you may work out your obliques everyday, there is the possibility that there are fatty areas or "love handles" covering over your developed muscles.

Now the biggest question with most everybody is, "How can you burn the fat that covers your abdominal muscles?"

Many people want to know how you can tone and strengthen your abdominal muscles to get ripped abs, while at the same time burning off the fat that covers them.

Here's The Number One Solution:

1. Do some cardio training about 3 to 5 times a week and do some major exercises that target your heart rate zone. Do some jogging, swimming, walking, or even hiking, to slowly progressively get rid of that fat that covers your abdominals. Combine this with your separate ab work outs to develop that ripped Six Pack, while at the same time you burn the fat. You want to back this up with a full body strength workout that incorporates a moderate amount of core training. The added muscle gained from strength training will speed metabolism and increase overall fat burned.

2. Do Some strength-endurance training about 3 to 5 times a week, while at the same time you perform around 10 to 30 minutes of progressive resistance movements. These progressive resistance movements include holding any weights or resistance and pushing your arm straight up above your head with the weights or resistance. Movements that trains the entire body including abs.

3. Do flexibility training about 15 to 20 minutes a day after your work out. This includes any kind of stretching exercises, yoga, or especially stretching of your abdominals. The reason this is so important is because this will help form a balanced body. A balanced body is important because it determines how you hold your body, and ultimately your abdominal appearance.

4. Examine your posture or how you hold your body. Having a bad posture can give you that pot-belly appearance, which isn't good for those "six pack" muscles, while having good posture can give you a taller, leaner, more ripped look.
